A self holding solenoid valve is installed in front of the gas path mass flow meter. The electromagnetic valve, electric heating furnace, temperature control and pressure sensors are connected to the control system, which can remotely stop heating and close the gas circuit valve in real-time in case of abnormal temperature and pressure, ensuring experimental safety;
Offgas logistics diversion
The exhaust gas flow is divided into two branches, which use a "back pressure valve" and a "back pressure valve pressure reducing valve" to proportionally split the exhaust gas flow, regulate the flow into the back-end detector, and achieve full component analysis and product separation.
